Fennel seeds come from a Mediterranean plant, related to parsley, dill and anise. It is suitable in stews and legume stews, since it facilitates the expulsion of gases. Tips for use:
If you usually have cystitis problems or even difficulties urinating, combine 3 tablespoons of fennel, 1 handful of star anise and a handful of horsetail, dandelion and lemon balm (about 15 grams). Bring the mixture to a boil for about 5 minutes and add two tablespoons of the mixture for every half liter of water and let it rest for 10 minutes, before straining it.
