Toasted or roasted sesame is, as its name indicates, white sesame once roasted. It is perfect for all those elaborations where it is added once the dish is finished, such as salads, sauteed vegetables, etc. If you are going to cook or bake it is preferable to choose to buy it raw.
Black sesame, increasingly used for its properties and also available in our store, is a different variety.
